Harry Styles' gambling bankroll is reportedly headed in a single direction: down.
The One Directions member was recently spotted gambling it up on the roulette tables within the VIP area of the Pearl Room casino in Perth, Australia. Styles have been known to enjoy his fair proportion of gambling within the past, including an incident nearly a year ago when One Direction was touring Australia.
One of Styles' many tattoos are the words "17 Black" on his chest, which some say is an homage to his favorite number to bet when playing roulette; others claim it is a James Bond reference and Styles was mum at the subject so the jury remains to be out.
What is plain is that Styles hasn't yet found much success on the tables. Band members said that Styles got a dressing down from their manager after the 2012 gambling spree that saw him lose a "ton" of money, even though it apparently didn't phase Styles much for the reason that he's been spotted again on the tables.
When wishing one in all his band members happy birthday recently Styles sent along the followig well-wishes: "Happy Birthday. Behave yourself. All on red."
Thankfully Styles can likely afford his gambling losses, as One Direction remains wildly popular all over the world and is reportedly heading in the right direction to generate greater than $300 million in total earnings for the band by the tip of 2013.
Their planned 2014 tour could rake in well over $500 million, with some guesstimates pegging them as having a shot of being the primary boy band to damage $1 billion in total earnings.
